We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Willow Springs School District. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities, as well as a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Design and implement individualized behavior programs for students
- Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Monitor and track student progress, adjust intervention plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies
- Keep accurate and detailed records of student behavior and interventions
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges
- Knowledge of ABA principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
